Ol’ Goat (Mike Splawn) has been guiding successful construction projects for nearly four decades. 

With eight years as a large project estimator, nearly 15 years running his own architectural office, and several positions in small and large architectural firms including setting up and writing specification, we know that building specifications can make all the difference between success and unmet expectations on the job-site.

As building specification providers, we work to remove this painful question from the job-site and reduce the number of resulting change orders. Are we batting 1000? No, but but we are close. Thinking that you can eliminate problems and change orders completely is a goal- not a reality.
